15% / annual base salary

For mid-level profiles, the success fee is 15% of the candidate’s annual base salary. A simple model aligned with the value of the hire.

Senior
17% / annual base salary

For senior profiles, the success fee is 17% of the candidate’s annual base salary. Recommended for experienced professionals and critical technical roles.

Highly specialized profiles or leadership roles may have custom terms depending on the complexity of the position.
